Christmas Wish List

Each year, beginning in September, Big Family of Michigan collaborates with Michigan Foster Agencies to collect “Christmas Wish Lists” from foster children, including their clothing sizes and Christmas Wishes.

Donations are received throughout the year, and volunteers work to fill Christmas Bags with a coat, hat, scarf, gloves, and 7 items from each child’s Wish List. Each gift is wrapped individually and placed in a large Christmas Bag. The Foster Agencies collect the Christmas Bags and coordinate with Foster Parents and Grandparents to ensure timely pickup for Christmas.

The following items are ALWAYS NEEDED:

Coats (sizes Toddler – Adult 3X)
Blankets
Footballs
Soccer Balls
Basketballs
Volleyballs
Gift cards
